Chocolate traybake

- 4 tablespoons of cocoa
- 4 tablespoons of water
- 225g of margarine
- 275g of self-raising flour
- 225g caster sugar
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder
- 4 eggs
- 1 table spoon of milk
Heat oven 180°c
Butter cream icing
175g softened butter
350g icing sugar
Sift the icing sugar
Then mix
Grease two or more trays
Mix the cocoa and water together. Then leave it to the side. Put the rest of the stuff in a bowl. Then add the cocoa, mix for 2 mins. Then put on tray and cook for 25-40 mins.
