Ingredients

  • Mixed herbs
  • Onions
  • Butter
  • Potatoes

Method

  1. Peel and chop potatoes thickly and steam until cooked.
  2. Peel and chop the onion.
  3. In a small saucepan melt a dollop of butter.
  4. Add onions, sauté half of them.
  5. Add milk to saucepan and boil.
  6. Place boiled potatoes into bowl and mash.
  7. Add mixture to bowl and mash once more.
  8. Place mixture into casserole dish and leave to cool.
