Gastronomy Launch

We had a fantastic day at Claregalway Castle on the 6th September 2017. Milltown Heritage Group’s exhibition included these items:

• Contemporary copy of an egg basket
• Rushlight and candle-holder
• Blow Ltd glass butter churn
• Vintage dash butter churn (hand operated)
• Antique/vintage barrel butter churn (hand operated) c. 1910
• Aluminium, two-handled, cream/milk strainer
• Silver-painted, ten-gallon, two-handled milk churn
• Mrs Beeton’s Recipe Book 
• Kettle, pot and pan
