Daoine agus Ait: Connecting our communities

 

 

To celebrate Heritage Week 2021, Milltown Heritage Group worked in collaboration with the National Museum of Ireland, Galway Heritage Office, Healthy Ireland and Creative Ireland on a project called “Daoine agus Ait: Connecting our Communities”.

We were invited to produce a postcard to represent our people and place. An image of the bridge and River Clare taken by local man Paul Murphy was chosen to highlight our heritage.
