The menu was offered by St James’s Gate Brewery, Dublin (1966) on the occasion of a visit to the brewery by Milltown and district licensed traders. The courses consisted of melon cocktail, scotch broth, escallope of veal milanaise, sprouts and saute potatoes followed by parfait moka and coffee. Various beverages were also offered.
