Milltown Heritage Group were invited by National Heritage Week to their Training Day which took place at the National Museum Collins Barracks, Dublin on the 29th March 2019.
As National Winners of our Food Heritage Project, Frances Murphy, a member of our group spoke about our involvement with the project including working with our two local schools Milltown and Belmont National Schools.
Throughout the day there were various guest speakers whose projects were inspirational and a great example to us all. These can now be viewed through National Heritage Week website:
