Vintage Notebook

This small paper notebook is virtually complete although the outer covers are missing. The book is unusual in having alternately a lined page and a blotting page to prevent ink transference. The first entry was made in December 1923 and the last in December 1939. Various items and their prices are listed including foodstuffs, household goods such as polish and soap, and alcohol. The book was used in Noone’s shop in Milltown which later became part of the Glynn business.
