Introduction and Offer to Support Community Projects

Hello,

My name is Sergio Hannaric. I was born in Waterford and, over the past 30 years, have been fortunate to travel the world through my career in journalism (in my youth), international business, and development. After all those experiences abroad, I have recently returned home to Ireland with my family, and we have chosen to settle in the beautiful area around Milltown and Galway.

Since arriving, I’ve been truly fascinated by the depth of local heritage, the stories, and the strong community spirit that defines this part of the country. I would love to become actively involved with the Milltown Heritage Group in any way that may be helpful.

In my earlier career, I worked as a journalist and later developed businesses internationally, gaining experience in writing, presentation, project development, and community-building initiatives. I would be more than happy to volunteer my time and skills for any workshops, events, storytelling projects, or community activities. Whether assisting behind the scenes or helping to develop new ideas, I would be honored to contribute to preserving and celebrating the rich heritage of this area.
