This is my Chocolate ring cake recipe:

  • 175 grms unsaturated fat
  • 175 grms of dark brown sugar
  • 4 eggs whisked together
  • 100 grms flour
  • 1 teasp baking powder
  • 100 grms chocolate powder
  • 1 teasp runny honey
  • Few drops of vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon of milk if needed

Method

Mix fat and sugar together. Add flour, baking powder and egg mix. Add honey and vanilla. Mix well.

Bake at 375°f/150°c for 30-35 minutes. Melt 100grms of dark and milk chocolate. Then slowly add 1oz of butter and two table spoons of cream. Cool for a few minutes and pour over the cake.
