Sausage meat stuffing

Ingredients:
- Chopped onion
- Cube of butter
- Pk of sausage meat
- Handfuls of breadcrumbs
- Sage
- 1 egg and
- Salt and pepper
Method
- Cook onion in butter, add sage and breadcrumbs.
- Mix in sausage meat.
- Add egg.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Put it into bread tin. Cover with tin foil.
- Cook for 30 minutes gas 5.
