  • Chopped onion
  • Cube of butter
  • Pk of sausage meat
  • Handfuls of breadcrumbs
  • Sage
  • 1 egg and
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Cook onion in butter, add sage and breadcrumbs.
  2. Mix in sausage meat.
  3. Add egg.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Put it into bread tin. Cover with tin foil.
  6. Cook for 30 minutes gas 5.
